General questions

How do I pay my order?
You can use our online secure payment system which accepts all major credit cards as well as Bancontact / MisterCash.
You can also pay the amount via PayPal. If you like to pay via bank transfer, all our bank details are mentioned in the order confirmation. Payment on delivery is only possible for an amount less than € 500; an extra fee will be charged.

Will my order be assembled upon delivery?
Our products are not assembled, but delivered in separate items, packed with great care in proper cartons for shipping. Large orders are delivered on pallets.

Is the assembly easy?
We have pre-drilled the STANDEZZA desktops, which makes it easier to attach the tabletop to the table. The mounting instructions, which are supplied with each product, are straightforward and clearly explained. Soon STANDEZZA will publish the mounting instructions online, see on www.standezza.com

Shipment

When will my order be delivered?
STANDEZZA handles every order as swiftly as possible and will deliver all orders in Belgium in 2 to 5 days.

Is shipping abroad possible?
We deliver daily to neighboring countries (The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France and the UK). Transporting to other European countries won’t be a problem, although the transport and delivery cost depends on the country of destination. Can I collect my order personally?
Of course, but do mention this when you order. Once your order is ready, you will get a confirmation. Just let us know when you like to come and we ensure you that your order is ready for collection.

Can I choose the date and time of delivery?
STANDEZZA ships most orders by UPS or by mail; an alternative delivery address is possible. For larger orders on pallets the delivery can be prearranged with the transport company. Generally you can track the delivery of your order online..

Returns

The order is damaged on arrival.
We take all necessary precautions that the delivery occurs without damage. If this is not the case, please contact us by phone and if possible by mail with photo’s of the damage. We will try to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

How can I return a product?
If you want to return goods due to a technical problem, we will collect the goods. If you decide to cancel your purchase, please send the goods in its original packaging to STANDEZZA, Stadsheide 3, B-3500 Hasselt..

How will I be reimbursed?
Once the goods have been returned undamaged, the amount of the purchase will be refunded via a bank transfer.

Warranty

    Which warranty applies on STANDEZZA products?

  • Desktops and accessories: 2 years 
  • Sit-to-stand table frame: 3 years 
  • Ball Chair: 1 year

Delivery of sit-to-stand tables
A specialized transport company will home deliver complete sit-to-stand tables on a pallet, with the eventually accessories. The transport company will contact you to plan the date and time of delivery. The smaller models with desktops with a width of 122 cm will be shipped by UPS or by mail. For information on home delivery and for information about the costs for assembly by STANDEZZA, please contact our customer service: sales@standezza.com

Delivery of accessories and anti-fatigue mats
All our accessories and anti-fatigue mats are carefully packed and shipped by UPS or by mail. Generally it is possible to track the delivery online.
